TOURNAMENT RULES

1.  Teams must check-in at our Tournament Headquarters 1 hour prior to their first game.

2.  Only Registered College Coaches will be allowed in the Coaches Hospitality Area and the Scouting Areas which will be designated.

3.  Teams will be placed in six-team pools.  Teams will play a round robin format.  No Elimination.  5 Game Guarantee.

4.  Lineups will be turned in to Umpires prior to each game.

5.  ASA playing rules will be in place except as noted herein.

A. Unlimited Defensive substitutions
B. Courtesy Runners for Pitcher and Catcher.  (C.R. must not be in the batting order)
C. No Protests (disagreements concerning rules will be settled by the UIC)
D. Pitching distance will be 43’

6.  No Alcoholic Beverages

7.  Time Limit - 7 innings or 1 hour 20 minutes (Drop Dead)

8.  Forfeits are unacceptable - if circumstances occur that drop your available players below nine, let us know immediately.  Temp replacements may be available.

9.  In the case of bad weather, Tournament Director and UIC reserve the right to alter tournament format.  Everything will be done to resume play as soon as possible.

10.  Balls will be furnished.

11.  Entry Fee $500.00 (Includes Gate Fee for spectators)

Pre-game hitting is confined to the batting cages at the front and rear of the complex.  Please be thoughtful of other teams.  There are 10 batting cages available so everyone should have plenty of room. 

Warm up areas: outside the complex between fields 4 & 5.  The pavilions outside of the complex are available for team use.  No pets allowed in the park.  Coolers are permitted within reason.  Have A Great Weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!
